In connection with the production of the rock opera “Lāčplēsis”, which will take place on Friday, July 28, at 10 p.m. in Lielvārde park, JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” has ordered an additional train from Lielvārde to Riga on July 29 at 1:15 a.m., LETA agency was informed by “Pasažieru vilciens” representatives.
The production of the rock opera “Lāčplēsis” by Zigmar Liepiņš and Māras Zālīte will take place on July 28 at 10 p.m. in Lielvārde Park, in the bend of the Daugava near the castle ruins.
In the renewed production of the rock opera “Lāčplēsis”, the role of Lāčplēsis is assigned to the singer Atis Zviedris, Laimdot will be played by vocalist Beāte Zvidre, and singer Marts Kristians Kalniņš will play Kangars. The director of the renewed production is Rēzija Kalniņa.
