One-month contracts are also available to suit young single-person households with many housing variables such as vacations and job changes.
Roca 101 is building about 30 pixel houses through a franchise method and providing housing services to more than 500 single-person households. To date, more than 3,000 single-person households have experienced Pixel House.
Loca 101 membership is mainly used by people in their 40s to 60s who want to start a business with retirement funds. Due to the nature of residential services, fixed cost changes are not large compared to other business models, enabling stable cash flow.
Loca 101 said, “For the cost of purchasing one officetel room, you can receive monthly rent for 15 to 20 rooms or more.
