He added that his father entered a medical center in Panama City, after presenting an influenza picture and after the examinations it was found that he was positive for COVID-19.
According to the son of the former boxing champion, the concern they had was because years ago, his father had a traffic accident in Argentina, which affected one of his lungs, for which reason they decided to take him to the medical center.
Meanwhile, he indicated that Durán is not in a ventilator, tubed, or in intensive care.
He asked for calm and appreciated the greetings and prayers.
He explained that Durán is doing well at the moment and remains in the hospital to continue to be evaluated as recommended by doctors.
