Robert Names 1 OTW Player, 1 More Immediately Fly to Indonesia and Join Persib

REPUBLIC OF BOBOTOH – Persib Bandung coach, Robert Alberts, admitted that he did not know the exact schedule for the arrival of his two players, Mohammed Rashid and David da Silva.

According to him, the two players need to pass several stages of examination related to the Covid-19 prevention protocol, as well as quarantine upon arrival in Indonesia.

From the news he got, Rashid and David were already on their way to Indonesia after completing their duties with the Palestinian national team in the 2021 Arab Cup.

While David Da Silva is currently still in Brazil. However, before joining the team, both players must go through a quarantine period first.

“Rashid of course has to undergo quarantine, and so does (David) da Silva,” Robert told reporters at a press conference session, Tuesday, December 14, 2021.

“He is already on his way back but still has to apply for a visa and quarantine for ten days. Of course he also has to go through a PCR test and so on,” he explained.

The 68-year-old man hopes that the two can join forces before Persib returns to training and leaves for Bali to carry out the fourth series of Liga 1 season 2021-2022.

“I hope he can soon join us in training this month, before we leave for Bali,” he said.

“But for the exact time it all depends on the test results, departure schedule and quarantine period. So I can’t say for sure what date they will arrive,” he added.

“But they’re on their way, they might have arrived. I don’t know for sure,” he finished.**
