“Road Construction Companies Face Administrative Process for Possible Prohibited Agreements”

The administrative process regarding possible violations of prohibited agreements in the field of road construction continues, “Delfi Bizness” informed the Konlurence Council (KP).

Less than two years ago, several road construction companies were “visited” by the KP, which carried out inspections, confirmed Andris Bērziņš, head of the association “Latvijas kētu būveņės” (LCB), at the meeting of the National Economy, Agrarian, Environmental and Regional Policy Commission on Tuesday, April 18.

Banks have already warned these companies that they will no longer offer credit lines and loans in the event of a negative outcome.
