Such fluctuations can also be seen in hospital occupancy, which is also generally declining. The past day, however, was different. 134 new corona patients were admitted to the hospital’s wards, according to the National Coordination Center for Patient Distribution (LCPS). That’s 22 new recordings more than yesterday.
18 new patients were admitted to intensive care, almost all of them transferred from the nursing wards. There are as many as yesterday.
In total there are now 1721 people with corona in hospital (yesterday: 1700), of whom 481 in the IC (yesterday: 506). More corona patients were admitted than were discharged.
