Rise in Electability for NasDem and the Democrats: Indonesian Political Indicator Survey Results

Jakarta

The Indonesian Political Indicator Survey shows that electability NasDem and the Democrats rose after the Democrats left the Change Coalition. NasDem likens the separation from the Democrats to sweet results.

“Even though there was drama, it turns out that the Democrats’ separation from the Coalition for Change has had good results for the Democrats and NasDem. Because these two parties have similar voter demographics, their names are similar, right? So by not joining these two parties, they won’t eat each other’s votes,” said the General Treasurer. Party NasDem Ahmad Sahroni to journalists, Sunday (12/11/2023).

Sahroni touched on politics which are full of intrigue and surprises. According to him, in politics you cannot get emotional, aka carry feelings.

Politics is indeed full of surprises and intrigue. However, intrigue can sometimes bear sweet fruit too. The important thing is not to get too excited about politics in Indonesia,” he said.
