Italian racing game developer Milestone announces October 8, 2020 RIDE 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC via Steam. The first RIDE title was released in 2015. Since then, the series has become a reference point for players worldwide who want a realistic and authentic motorcycle simulation.
RIDE 4 includes the most iconic motorcycles in history and unique gameplay. The career mode has been completely revised and sends players for exciting challenges on a wide variety of racetracks, spread all over the world.
In the new endurance mode, even the best and most experienced drivers are put to the test. In this mode, RIDE 4 impresses with unprecedented realism and astonishing authenticity: dynamic weather and light effects as well as pit stops for petrol and tires. In addition, players must always choose the perfect tactics and make strategic decisions at the right moment.
RIDE 4 offers a breathtaking level of detail, state-of-the-art graphics and original CAD and 3D scans of the motorcycles. Every detail of the machines has been carefully and accurately implemented in the game, including the cockpit. For example, the data on the dashboards changes in real time: speed, temperature and traction control are realistically mapped. Even the oil container is affected by the movements of the motorcycle! Laser scans and drones were used to digitize the race tracks. This makes the routes more realistic than ever.
The new career mode gives players full control over the path to the top – from local to international leagues. Every decision influences the personal career path and enables participation in special events, races and challenges. The culmination of the unique gaming experience is also the tools with which the players can customize and improve their motorcycle.
Ride 4 is not an easy task to reach the international top. The opponents are also getting stronger and, thanks to the Artificial Neural Network Agent (A.N.N.A.), are smarter and faster than ever. The RIDE 4 multiplayer mode now has dedicated servers ready for players – for an even better experience.
