An unexpected ban came
The main role is played by rice, which no one thought of as a problem food. Nevertheless, it has happened to her at the moment, after a single decision by India, which stopped exporting this raw material with immediate effect. With any other country, it would be possible to wave one’s hand over it, but in this case it is the largest exporter of rice in the world, which accounts for up to forty percent of global production.
Moreover, this food cannot simply be replaced from other countries. They too are facing problems caused by a bad harvest. This is also referred to by India, for which it is an important export item, but after the price of rice rose dramatically on the domestic market, it was necessary to act, because otherwise there was a threat of storms there. It should be remembered that in this country, as well as in other countries, rice is the most important food that forms the basis of the diet throughout the day.
