The number of cases of the Corona COVID-19 virus increased by 8,077 cases on Thursday (27/1/2022), bringing the total to 4,309,270. Patients recovered increased by 1,643, died 7.
Previously, on Wednesday (26/1/2022), a total of 4,301,193 positive cases of the Corona COVID-19 virus were recorded. The total recovered were 4,127,662 cases and 144,254 cases died.
Details of the daily addition of COVID-19 cases are as follows:
- Positive cases increase by 8,077 to 4,309,270
- Recovered patients increased by 1,643 to 4,129,305
- Patients died increased by 7 to 144,261
Of the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of Thursday (26/1/2022), the number of cases of the Omicron variant in Indonesia reached 1,998.
A total of 1,160 confirmations of the Omicron variant came from overseas travelers (PPLN), 606 cases of local transmission, and 232 cases still under investigation.
So far, there have been 3 cases of Omicron patients who died in Indonesia.
