Okay, so after some careful selection, I took a fancy to this Ralemo Pre 5 multi-mode wireless mechanical keyboard makeup version of Rapoo.
I remember when I first saw the appearance of this keyboard, it was hard to imagine that it was produced by Rapoo. In my impression, Rapoo’s products have always been particularly commercialized. The price is not expensive but the leather is durable. This is my impression of this brand.
It wasn’t until today that I bought this ralemo Pre 5 that I realized that Rapoo can also make such beautiful and creative products. The 79 keys correspond to 79 lipstick colors. There is no one who can make the keyboard into a box of beautiful makeup.
Each keycap is full of beauty. The arc shape and the design of the skirt around the body make me, a gay man, unable to bear a few more glances, especially when multiple such colored keycaps are brought together in one keyboard. When it is up, it is quite visually effective.
The material of the keycap is relatively common ABS. The keycap of this material is the most common in mechanical keyboards. It can be seen on keyboards ranging from hundreds to thousands of yuan. The advantage is that the material is soft to the touch. Mild, comfortable, good light transmittance. The disadvantage is that it is easier to oil than PBT keycaps.
The frame of the entire keyboard adopts a high-standard electroplating process, which not only ensures a bright appearance, but also is not easy to be stained with fingerprints. Although there is no adjustable lifting stand at the bottom, 4 raised anti-skid pads are designed.
As a mechanical keyboard, the key shaft is also very important. Considering the game features of Diablo 4, the red switch is selected. As a linear switch, its characteristics are straight up and down. The feel is a bit close to that of a membrane keyboard. The paragraph axis is also tired after pressing for a long time, which is very suitable for long-term gaming and office use.
In terms of functions, this Rapoo Ralemo Pre 5 mechanical keyboard supports Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless and wired connections. In addition to the traditional PC (Windows system), the measured ipad and macbook (Mac OS) can be used, basically as long as they support Bluetooth mobile devices can “take all”.
Moreover, this keyboard supports Bluetooth 5.0 and 3.0 connections at the same time, and can be switched back and forth between three Bluetooth devices ((just switch the Bluetooth channel by Fn+1, Fn+2, Fn+3) business elite must!

The battery life of the keyboard has been measured, and it takes about 4 hours to fully charge it once. Under heavy use (about 8 hours a day), it can last for more than 10 days, and it supports charging while using, so there is no need to worry about running out of power.
If you are using it at home, it is recommended to choose the wired mode, so that you don’t need to recharge it repeatedly. The connection cable Rapoo is also included in the accessories. It adopts the common type-c interface, which is very versatile.

About the size of the keyboard: Compared with the full-size keyboard, the 79-key keyboard lacks the small keypad area, and it is more troublesome to enter the password in some places, but the small size saves space on the desktop and allows the mouse to move more. And it looks better.
Regarding the feel of the keyboard: Rapoo’s own red switch is still very good. Although the code word is not as good as the paragraph switch like the green switch, the win is that it is easy to play for a long time.
Regarding the use of the keyboard: it is really convenient to connect multiple devices, especially when you are watching dramas and playing games with the MacBook on, you can seamlessly switch back and forth. This function is amazing!
