Indonesian workers (TKI) Ety bint Toyib who escaped the death penalty in Saudi Arabia is now positively expressed Corona virus (COVID-19). Ety arrived in Indonesia on 7 June 2020.

Benny said Ety had been in the Corona Emergency Hospital at Wisma Athlet since returning to Indonesia. At present, Ety is in a temporary athlete’s home and will be taken to hospital for further treatment.
“From the airport, he was immediately taken to the Athlete’s Mansion, and the results of the examination were positive, so he had to be taken to the hospital to undergo treatment. So as of this afternoon I called his position at the Athlete’s Guesthouse, not yet taken to the hospital, later updated again,” he said .
It is known, Etty bint Toyyib is a migrant worker from Majalengka, West Java, who escaped the death sentence in Saudi Arabia thanks to a ransom of 4 million riyals or Rp. 15.5 billion.
Etty Toyyib is a migrant worker who works in Taif City, Saudi Arabia. In 2001, Etty was charged with causing the death of her employer, Faisal al-Ghamdi. Etty is accused of poisoning the employer.
On June 7, 2020, Ety returned to Indonesia after serving an 18-year sentence.
