“Return to Music”: A New Interview Series Highlighting Diverse Artists Across Genres and Geographies

Nace ‘Return to music’, an interview space created by our partner Chema Dominguez. a channel of YouTube that each month will focus on an artist.

In his presentation he comments: «In a genuine sound perception, we only care about the result, if it is pleasant or not, if it excites us or scares us, if it makes us feel part of something or outside of everything… And we always want to try our luck again, return to music regardless of styles, timbres, eras or scales because she lives in a dimension where, unlike us, she can travel through time thanks to various sound records, the pages on which any musical notation system has been printed , the press that dealt with that concert, the oral tradition and any new format yet to appear.

And Regreso a la Música has decided to go back there, to an original listening without the excesses of labels or the most purist cultural expressions. Pop, Ars Nova and Antiqua, Rock and Roll, Mambo, Psychedelia, Folklore, Electronics, Classical, Punk… First we’ll say hello and then we’ll ask. Perhaps the only dimension that we make is geographical: Europe, the Mediterranean and Latin America will mark our musical cartography, although if time and space allow it, we will open the way».
