This Monday evening, February 27, in the municipal council, the elected representatives of Plérin unanimously voted for a motion of support for the “collective of 45 classes” mobilized against the school map 2023. This is reflected, in Plérin, by the loss of a monolingual teacher at the Harel-de-la-Noë school, “not making it possible to guarantee a maximum number of 24 pupils in the large section, CP and CE1, when the registrations of children in the very small section do not have not been counted”.
The social movement against the pension reform was also the subject of a motion of support, demanding that “the government give up” and “engage in real consultation with employees, unions, elected officials and citizens”, in favor of a ” strengthening the system through measures of progress and sharing of wealth”. This was the subject of seven abstentions within the different groups, and two votes against by Michel Quinio and Arnaud Le Breton.
