The most contagious Indian strain of COVID-19 has already been found in 60 countries, including Spain, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced today. In the weekly report issued by the organization on the evolution of the coronavirus pandemic, it has been reported that the variants that most concern scientists are those of the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa and India. Of the latter, three different evolutions have been identified, present on five continents.
