Today in Open Bar we discover a new concept. the “dark kitchens”! No, this is not the name of a new successful series, the dark kitchens, it is the name given to restaurants without a room, whose only activity is the delivery of meals to homes. They already exist in Paris, Lyon and in very large cities and have also recently appeared in Dijon, especially since the last confinements. We had the opportunity to meet the manager of one of these restaurants located near Place de la République.

What do the strikers think? Did they know this “new model” of restaurant? Do they plan, in a world without covid and health restrictions, to use this type of establishment? More generally, what are their views on meal delivery services? Do they use it?
