Restaurant Nijmegen initiates summary proceedings for closure after failing to check corona pass Inland

According to a municipal spokesperson, the entrepreneur had previously announced that he would not check. After several warnings, the municipality decided to intervene at the end of the day on Saturday. An executive of the restaurant told De Gelderlander that enforcers acted “out of all proportion” when the QR code of a couple who wanted to sit on the terrace was not asked for.

Since Saturday, everyone from the age of 13 must have a corona ticket with them for a visit to a catering business, (sports) event or an art and culture institution.
