Your missions

Directly linked to running the business, you will eventually oversee a team consisting of a Digital Content Manager and an IS Developer.

You intervene from the development of the company’s lead acquisition strategy and awareness development.

You are the guarantor of the brand identity on the Internet and digital media.

With a strong SEO orientation in the first months, the position will evolve towards a 360° function with the following main missions:

• Define the lead acquisition strategy through the website
• Define key performance indicators and establish a dashboard
• Manage the webmarketing budget and ensure its profitability
• Find and select potential tools and service providers
• Ensure digital control over the brand, its competitors, the market
• Ensure the correct management of data collected through the website and web marketing actions
• Set up customer satisfaction tracking to improve feedback to our teams
• Manage and lead the team

Your profile

F/M, you have gained at least 3 years experience in a position, ideally in a B2C environment.

You know how to manage IS developments, you master all acquisition and retention levers and you have a good cross-functional view of digital tools to generate audience, awareness, revenue and product sales.

You have a particular appetite for SEO and mastery of SEO tools.
