He did not intervene in the third duel of the series, after which the season ended in Pilsen, so the rest of the penalty was to be transferred to the next one.
However, after half of the sentence, the Pilsen leadership turned to the disciplinary commission with a request to pardon the rest.

Disciplinary chairman Viktor Ujčík, members Leoš Čermák, Tomáš Jelínek, Petr Kadlec and Libor Procházka stated that the fact that Navrátil did not suffer injuries during the operation and completed the match was already taken into account when determining the amount of the sentence.
On the other hand, she stated that the primary purpose of the penalty should have been achieved in the previous season, in which the player would not have been able to start in two pre-round matches, and that there is no continuation of the penalty after six months; taking into account the integrity of Jiříček, who has not yet received any major or other disciplinary punishment; educational purpose.
