Users affirm that the app does not allow them to carry out the transaction and the legend returns “there was a problem completing your application”. Reports indicate that this failure also occurs when trying to make other types of transactions, as read in the following tweets:

Last weekend, Citibanamex announced a temporary cut in its Mobile Banking services due to maintenance work.
