Literally: “Ukrainians who are evacuated from the temporarily occupied territories can return to the controlled territory of Ukraine through the checkpoint Kolotilovka (RF) – Pokrovka (Ukraine).

Since yesterday, the crossing point on the border of the Belgorod and Sumy regions has resumed its work again.

Details: It is noted that a volunteer humanitarian center operates on the Ukrainian border, where all Ukrainians can receive free psychological, legal and humanitarian assistance, as well as spend the night and get to Sumy or other cities of Ukraine.

Those wishing to evacuate from the Sumy region can also use the special evacuation train Sumy-Kyiv.

At the station, Ukrposhta pays each citizen upon arrival UAH 3,000 for children and persons with disabilities and UAH 2,000 for all other persons.

The Ministry also notes that the Kiev OVA will accommodate everyone in a modular town in the Vyshgorodsky district.

At the same time in State Border Service explained to Ukrainska Pravda that all checkpoints on the border with the aggressor state Russia remain closed. At the same time, Ukrainian border guards have ensured (according to the Constitution) the return of Ukrainian citizens to their homeland all the time from the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

According to Andriy Demchenko, a representative of the border service, at the Pokrovka checkpoint in the Sumy region, the State Border Guard Service recorded that the adjacent side was letting Ukrainian citizens in our direction: there people could cross the state border both on foot and in vehicles.

In July, it was recorded that the Russian Federation limited the possibility for citizens of Ukraine to travel by vehicles, and at the end of July generally closed the possibility of crossing the border in this direction.

Direct speech Demchenko: “However, a few days ago, we again began to record that Russia was letting people through in the direction of Ukraine, and accordingly, we continue to ensure the return of Ukrainian citizens to their homeland.”
