The Rennes School of Business has just announced the appointment of its new Grande École Program Director. It is therefore Svetlana Serdyukov who takes the helm of this flagship formation at Rennes SB, she succeeds Élodie Huré who takes on the functions of Director of Continuous Improvement and Accreditation.

Svetlana Serdyukov holds a trilingual master’s degree from the State University of World Civilizations in Russia, followed up with an MBA in Marketing in her home country, at KIMEP University in Kazakhstan. Subsequently, she continued her studies with a PhD in Management Sciences from HEC Paris.

Svetlana Serdyukov has solid experience in the world of higher education and brings over 25 years of experience as a strategy teacher to the Rennes School of Business. She has also been in the research department of the Reims Management School (NEOMA) and a member of the CODIR for 4 years, as well as 3 years in the direction of the NEOMA Executive MBA program.

For the start of the academic year 2022, Svetlana Serdyukov will therefore become the director of the Grande École Program of Rennes SB. ” I am very proud to join the management of the PGE and the faculty of the Rennes School of Business. I discovered a school on a human scale, exciting and passionate colleagues, a warm atmosphere and values ​​in which I fully recognize myself. This new project will allow me to align my three passions: training, innovation and strategic management. The strategic challenges of this new appointment at Rennes SB

Building on her experience as research director, Svetlana Serdyukov will work closely with the faculty. You invest in these issues that will be at the center of your management of Rennes SB PGE:

· The governance of agricultural cooperatives.

He will be responsible for fully understanding the strategic challenges of Rennes SB and strengthening, particularly with the audience of the preparatory classes, the reputation and positioning of the school’s PGE in the face of the competition. Its international culture will support the multicultural identity of the PGE and enrich the faculty of Rennes SB.
