The developers from the Remedy Entertainment studio became guests of honor at the presentation of the PlayStation Showcase 2023. Without any hints or even rumors during the live broadcast, they showed the trailer for Alan Wake 2. The video is full of extremely creepy shots and cuts the release date of the expected sequel.
The new trailer for the game reveals the first plot details of the sequel. In Alan Wake 2, the protagonist will get out of the Dark Abode and continue to write his story. The company to him in terrible adventures will be the second playable character – a policewoman. In the first gameplay video, you can see other characters in the game, among which Sam Lake, the creative director of the Remedy studio, lit up.
The sequel, which Alan Wake fans have been waiting for, will be released this year. The release of the project is scheduled for autumn – October 17 for PC and consoles.
