As of 2022, about 150,000 recycling outlets for renewable resources have been formed in major cities in my country, and the “Internet + recycling” format is booming. There are 109 qualified processing companies with an annual standardized processing capacity of more than 160 million units. In 2022, the annual standard disassembly volume of “four machines and one brain” will reach 84 million units, an increase of 525% compared with that before the implementation of the fund system, and the standard dismantling rate has increased by 44 percentage points compared with 2012. In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments to further improve the waste recycling policy system, increase financial support, consolidate the waste electrical and electronic product recycling system, enrich recycling models, improve the level of dismantling and utilization, and promote high-quality development of the industry.
