A cigarette, a coffee. This is what Jean-Luc asks that morning. The 62-year-old man lives in a tent near the Lidl store in Mondelange. Its icy rain-soaked blanket protrudes outside. He pokes his head out of his makeshift shelter. The lines are drawn. The mobile team of the Athens association visits him regularly. Jean-Luc has lived in the streets since 2005. He has worked all his life but he does not want to live elsewhere.
