BOLOGNA – Former racer MotoGP, Andrea Dovizioso, has a message for Valentino Rossi, ie retirement is not necessarily a bad choice. Dovizioso’s message was to respond to rumors of The Doctor’s retirement – Rossi’s nickname – which was blowing hard in recent times.
Rossi has become a byword since the beginning of the 2021 season. However, people are talking about Rossi because the 42-year-old racer’s performance is getting lower.
Rossi was not able to achieve positive results. In seven series of races, the Petronas Yamaha SRT racer only collected 15 points so he was stranded in 19th position in the standings.
Most recently, Rossi fell in the 2021 Catalunya MotoGP race at the Catalunya Circuit, Barcelona, Spain, Sunday 6 June 2021. After that, rumors of Rossi’s retirement heated up.
