Refreshments quater, tax deadlines postponed Compensation for seasonal workers

Irpef, IRES and IRAP advances are slipping. More time for declarations

The decree provides that the extension to 30 April 2021 of the second Irpef Ires and Irap advance, previously limited to Isa subjects in the sectors for which the closure of activities is expected and in the red areas (for example bars, cinemas, museums or gyms), is extended also to the same activities not subject to ISAs and to all the companies on the national territory with revenues of less than 50 million in 2019 and with a 33% decrease in turnover in the first half of 2020 over the first half of 2019. Furthermore, for all taxpayers, to regardless of the turnover, there are 10 more days, from 30 November to 10 December for the advance payments and for the presentation of tax returns and IRAP that will be used to calculate the losses and see who falls within the postponement to April. Contributions, withholdings and VAT for December postponed to March 16 for closed activities (swimming pools, arcades, gyms), subject to restrictions in the red areas, for restaurants in orange and red areas, for tour operators, travel agencies and hotels in the red areas. The postponement also applies to companies with revenues of less than 50 million and with a decrease of at least 33% in turnover in November 2020 compared to November 2019. A rule is without prejudice to the tax extensions for Lombardy and Piedmont that have just passed from the red to the orange zone .
