Since June 24 latest redevelopment work is carried out, by Montpellier Mediterranean Metropolis, around the Comedy tram station. Today, the work is in an advanced state allowing lines 1 and 2 to once again serve the Place Montpellieraine station, from this Saturday September 23.
This work aims to help improve passenger comfort and secure the tram network. Thus, the station platforms Comedy have been enlarged and are now adapted to future tram trains. These are equipped with doubles-portes at the ends, allowing optimal accessibility, particularly for people at reduced mobility.
