Who is planning to apply for a role of postman he has until the next one March 5th: Poste Italiane is in fact looking for this kind of professional figure in central-northern Italy, ie in Liguria, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige. Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Tuscany and Marche.
Requirements
Postmen, for whom a contract is envisaged a fixed term, will take care of the postal delivery in the area of their competence. We are looking for candidates of all ages in possession of a high school diploma and a valid driving license suitable for driving the company motorcycle (generally a Piaggio Liberty 125).
To submit the request for participation in the selection, a copy of the educational qualification, a copy of a series of identification documents, such as identity card, driving license and tax code and the compilation of a curriculum vitae model sent by the Post Office will be required. Only and exclusively with regard to the province of Bolzano it is also necessary to demonstrate that you are in possession of the bilingualism licence. However, no previous professional experience is required.
How to apply
For those interested, as anticipated, it is sufficient to insert the the course of life on the Poste Italiane portal in the “Careers” section dedicated to “Open Positions” no later than the next Sunday 5 March. Even those who have responded to a previous announcement without however having been contacted can apply for positions relating to the 2023 recruiting campaign.
Selection
The candidates selected for the needs of the moment are generally contacted within the week following the expiry of the announcement via the email indicated in the subscription. The e-mail message is sent by the company HR-EVO (“[email protected]”), which on behalf of Poste is responsible for submitting a selection test of logical reasoning to the candidate. A web address will be sent to access to complete the quiz, including instructions for carrying it out. For safety, it is advisable to check that this message does not end up in the “Spam” folder by mistake. If you pass the test, you will be contacted by Poste to carry out the last two tests, i.e. the practice of driving the vehicle made available to the postmen by the company and, if this is also passed, the final interview.
Contract
As anticipated, these are fixed-term contracts in relation to the company needs at the time when the applications are opened. The monthly salary is 1.200 euro, which may increase in the event of overtime. As far as location is concerned, the candidate can indicate the preference for a single geographical area of preference: the distribution in the regions can vary according to company needs.
