Now Pia Tillmann turned to her fans with disturbing news: The 35-year-old was involved in a car accident. In her Instagram story, she tearfully said that someone had taken the right of way for her and a collision had occurred. Her mother immediately took her to the hospital – mostly to make sure her unborn baby was okay.
“There remains a residual risk”
In the emergency room, “the pain in my lower abdomen got worse and worse and I was constantly afraid that something was wrong with the baby because the belt was cutting in completely,” reports the reality TV actress. At first glance there was nothing unusual during the gynecological examination. However, it remains to be seen whether complications will arise. “The shock is simply there and there remains a residual risk,” explained Pia Tillmann.
All of this “definitely put an emotional strain on her,” says Pia Tillmann. Only in situations like this do you realize “how quickly something like this can happen.” She is currently grateful to everyone that her son was not in the car. The “Sommerhaus” participant has six-year-old Henry from a previous relationship. It is the first child for her partner Zico Banach. The couple has not yet revealed exactly when the baby will be born.
