Rave Party with 400 Attendees Discovered in French Town

A rave party, an undeclared gathering of electronic music, is underway in the town of Jans, near Treffieux and Saint-Vincent-des-Landes this Saturday, June 10. Nearly 400 people are gathered.

During the night of Friday to Saturday, a convoy of 80 vehicles was reported to the gendarmerie, in the town of Derval. On the spot, the gendarmerie patrol noted thata rave party was in progressat the crossroads of four towns: Jans, Treffieux, St Vincent-des-Landes and Lusanger.

Open procedure for collecting complaints

In total, almost 150 vehicles and about 400 people are on the site. According to the gendarmerie, the organizers, unidentified, “want to stay until Sunday noon and are planning a break this Saturday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m.“A procedure is open to the gendarmerie of Nozay,”to collect complaints from local residents, the owner of the premises and the mayor of the municipality.“Checks are carried out all weekend, at the request of the prosecutor.
