Kurt’s long-awaited second solo album for hip-hop music fans will be released on October 7, and the artist has named it “Time”.
According to Kurt, the album will feature more than 10 new compositions created by the artist in 2021. Along with Kurt, the album will feature several guest artists, and the musician has never worked with any of them. Although Kurt does not reveal the names of the guest artists, it is known that two of the artists are beloved and well-known musicians in Latvia, but two more are the new, rising hip-hop stars of Finland.
“For many years, I have had to answer questions about when my new album will be released. “I discovered both my vision of the world and the insights and observations I have accumulated over the years,” says Kurt.
Kurt is one of the pioneers of the Latvian hip-hop music genre, along with such well-known local rap old masters as Ozols, Gustavo and others. Kurt gained more recognition in the early 2000s with the band S’T’A, which shook the music market with the songs “The Good Boy”, “Views of My City”, etc. In 2006, Kurt’s solo album “City Legends” was released.
