Rams book second trip in a row for playoffs • FootballR

Brandon Powell returned a punt 61 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter and put Los Angeles in the playoffs with a 30-23 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

With this win, the Rams also sent their NFC West rival, the Arizona Cardinals, into the postseason.

Sony Michel ran 131 yards and one score, Matt Gay scored three field goals, and Aaron Donald-led defense did its part by keeping the Vikings within the 10-yard line of the end zone twice in the first half.

Matthew Stafford had his first game with three interceptions since September 10, 2018. But the Rams (11-4) were still doing more than enough to win their fourth game in a row and Arizona (10-5) from first place in to bump into the NFC West.
