I only send via Deutsche Post / DHL. I only use another parcel service in the extreme “emergency” if the weight fits better or the shipping is easy for me. Packaging and postage costs, the trip to the post office are included in the shipping costs. Collection is possible after reliable agreement, I ask to avoid endless back and forth.
