Doctor Sri suggested that the use of turmeric be crushed or cut to remove the good content. You can add other ingredients to strengthen the benefits for the body such as ginger which is also crushed. Well, these two ingredients can be a medicine for colds and coughs.

“3 segments of turmeric, 3 segments of ginger, geprek, boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain, pour and add lime and honey,” he said.

Honey itself is efficacious to increase immunity. While lime can help the body expel phlegm because of its expectorant properties. It is recommended to consume it two to three times a day.

“If you drink it regularly, it means that your immunity is stable, your cells stay healthy, you’re also healthy,” he added.
