Rainn Wilson is back at the office in this new Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon ad, where he has to clarify some insurance details with those who keep trying to call in to file a claim for the damaged mech.

While working at Mechless Mutual, one would think that Wilson’s company obviously wouldn’t cover mechs, but that doesn’t stop people from trying. Even Wilson’s grandma called at one point. Throughout the brief ad, we see Wilson go through all sorts of crazy ways to deal with frustrating clients, and by the end he’s on the verge of breaking down.

All of this is mixed in with some gameplay from Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon as a reminder that you may see your mech explode a lot in the game.
