The investigation into the Raiffeisen scandal is slowly coming to an end. On May 6, the responsible public prosecutor Marc Jean-Richard-dit-Bressel wrote to the parties involved that he wanted to end the investigation before the summer holidays. Then, if everything goes well, he will file charges within ten days. It will be shown when exactly that will be. Nobody doubts that he will be charged. What becomes interesting is what exactly Jean-Richard has to prove.
