In the event of arrears, in fact, the operator must first send a payment reminder, through which he can invite the interested party to regularize his position.

In the event that the user fails to pay, the operator sends a registered letter, setting a time limit within which to pay. Otherwise the supplier will send the distributor the request for Suspension. If the interested party continues not to pay, here is that after 15 days the supply is suspended. Having no more electricity in one’s home, therefore, it will no longer be possible, in this case, not even to watch television and use the Rai service.
