We, the Bulgarians, can only be saved by God, and that is why I go around the monasteries. This was said today in the Basarbovo Monastery “St. Dimitar” near Ruse by the leader of GERB and former Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in a comment on the spread of the coronavirus in the country.
He reiterated his thesis that until GERB returns to power, not a meter of highway will be built. “The inhouse was bad, it’s bad, you’ve lost decades and you’re in a hurry,” Borissov said of the criticized approach to awarding contracts for billions to companies without real competition.
