Apparently, Elizabeth II feels so much devotion to the player who is now settling in Manchester that she has asked him for an autographed shirt and another eighty to distribute among the palace employees. As far as it is known, it is the first time that the sovereign asks for the signature of a public figure just for the pleasure of collecting it.
