Finally, the potted shrimp, a sort of butter flavored with prawns, beef (or venison) Bourgignon, sautéed Brussels sprouts with onion and bacon, some mashed potatoes enriched with cabbage (this dish is called bubble and squeak) and then a rustic sweet made with apples and dates.
