Four commercial and residential buildings are being built on the Linzer Tabakfabrik site

For months they worked underground, now the walls are slowly coming out. The Quadrill with four buildings is being built on the tobacco factory site. The whole thing will be “a small district”, explains Markus Eidenberger, commercial director of the tobacco factory.

The Quadrill should be ready in two and a half years. People can live and work there. Daily needs will be taken care of. Shops, especially a supermarket as well as a pharmacy and banks, are planned.

“The Quadrill is a completion of the area,” says Eidenberger. There will be 18,000 square meters of office space, plus 8,400 square meters of living space. This will be divided into around 190 residential units. Flats of various sizes are planned – with mainly small flats being built.

1,800 square meters of space are planned for retail. Around 1,000 square meters of space will be available for catering establishments in the Quadrill, both indoors and outdoors.

A total of around 720 square meters of customer space will be created in the Memphis and Boston.Haus for classic retail. The customer area for groceries will be 975 square meters.

A food retailer will offer customers a sustainable, modern range of groceries on around 975 square meters in the Virginia house on the lower Danube lände.

There will be a sky restaurant at the top of the hotel, offering a spectacular view of the hustle and bustle of the city. 189 hotel rooms and seminar rooms are planned for the upper floors of the quadrill.
