Puyol’s Advice to Vinicius Junior on Attitude Change and Recognition in Football

One of Barcelona’s main recent names, former defender Puyol sent a message to Vinicius Junior this Monday. For the former player, the Brazilian striker could have greater recognition in football if he changed his attitude.

– Vinicius is a great player, he makes a difference and would have to be admired in every stadium. I would love to talk to him as a fellow and tell him what I think about him. If he changed his attitude, he would have more recognition – said Puyol, during an event in Barcelona.

Puyol’s statements come one day after Vinicius Junior argued with Rayo Vallecano goalkeeper Dimitrievski during Real Madrid’s 0-0 draw.

Vinicius had a disagreement with the Rayo Vallecano goalkeeper at a time when he tried to get the ball from the opponent to speed up the restart of the game. Dimitrievski tried to stop him and suddenly felt pain in his ankle.
