Putin ordered to put the economy on the track of martial law – UNIAN

Waldemar Skshipchak described the problems inherent in the Russian industry.

Putin wants to start a new wave of hiring from October recruits and put the economy on the track of martial law.

This was stated by the former commander of the ground forces of the Polish armed forces, General Waldemar Skrzypczak, reports “Espresso”.

“He is already taking recruits, but he has a serious administrative problem. The Russian administration was not ready for war, it is not ready, it has no supplies, people avoid army and military service, dodge it, run away,” Skshipchak said.

He added that Russia has major problems with the industry.

“Putin has ordered the transfer of the economy from peace to war. He plans to do so from October. But since October, since the economy is not ready for the transition to war, he does not militarize his factories, because they have no people of work on four shifts, like him. In this regard, the Russians have serious problems with the recruits and with the industry that would produce or repair equipment, “the general believes.

Skshipchak noted that the Russian dictator wants to get through the winter and may do so in the spring.
