Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine allegedly does not fulfill the Minsk agreements. About this he said at a meeting of the collegium of the Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday, November 18.
According to him, “Germany and France do not dispute the significance of the Minsk agreements, but in fact indulge Kiev’s course of dismantling, this leads the negotiations to a dead end.”
“Western partners exacerbate the situation by supplying Kiev with lethal modern weapons, conducting provocative military maneuvers in the Black Sea and in other regions,” Putin says.
In addition, Putin accused NATO of destroying all dialogue mechanisms – he says that in relations with NATO, Russia has a “depressing situation.” The President of the Russian Federation accused NATO of a confrontational attitude and demonstrative approach of the military infrastructure to the Russian borders.
“Moreover, NATO has broken all the mechanisms of dialogue. We will adequately respond to NATO’s military activity along the perimeter of our borders,” Putin said.
We will remind that earlier Putin instructed to provide recognition in the Russian Federation as valid certificates on the origin of goods issued by bodies and organizations actually operating in the territory of the uncontrolled Donbass.
Soon Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a note of protest to the Russian Federation because of Putin’s decree. Putin’s decree on the recognition of goods from the “LDNR” in the Russian Federation is regarded by Kiev as gross interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine.
