Putin approved the introduction of a federal emergency in Norilsk – Crashes

NOVO-GAREVO, June 3. / TASS /. Russian President Vladimir Putin considers it necessary to declare a state of emergency at the federal level due to oil spills in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

At a meeting on the elimination of a diesel fuel spill in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the head of the Ministry of Emergencies, Yevgeny Zinichev, announced the need to recognize the situation at the federal emergency level. “I agree with your proposal regarding the announcement of the emergency,” Putin responded.
