Ever since Ukraine faced the first wave of attacks when Russia launched its full-scale invasion, it has been said that it is a war of attrition, and that the winner is whoever can best supply the forces with weapons and ammunition.
Several Western analysts have said that Russia will run out, yet the attacks continue. Russia does not seem to be running out of missiles either. In the West, several people are asking themselves whether the Western arms industry has been put into use to a large enough extent.
