CITEUREUP – Anticipating the transmission of Dengue Fever (DHF), a number of residents of RT 01/01, Puspanegara Village, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency took the initiative to spray Fogging.
The Head of Puspanegara Village, Abdullah said spraying fogging is one of the community initiative programs, especially those in RT 01 to prevent dengue transmission.
“Because in the last few months, the intensity of rainfall is very high, especially in the Citeureup District. So the community took the initiative to spray fogging in 3 RTs,” he said.
He also appealed to the public to keep the environment clean and spread fogging to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito or Dengue Fever Transmission.
“If we don’t take care of it, who else will, so I ask the community to help protect the environment and not litter so that it doesn’t become a pile of garbage and avoid Dengue Fever (DHF),” he appealed.
Meanwhile, one of the residents, Asep confirmed that the Fogging spraying activity was carried out to anticipate the occurrence of dengue fever.
“Obviously the last few months, the rainfall conditions are very high. So that makes dengue fever mosquitoes breed, so this is one of our ways to keep the disease away from our respective families, “he concluded. AGE
