Barcelona, Dec 11 (EFE) .- The General Directorate of Creation, Territorial Action and Libraries of the Department of Culture will distribute a total of 65,000 letters among the public libraries of Catalonia so that the girls and boys ask the Three Kings for books according to their choice.
Their Majesties the Kings of the East have asked public libraries to recommend readings to children and their families, to write them down in a printed letter, and they have commissioned their royal pages to prepare to attend to all requests for readings and that no child run out of books.
The Library Service of the Department of Culture, in collaboration with the Recommended Reading Club (CLER) and the Children’s Recommendations Group of Lleida (GRILL), has published recommended bibliographies with editorial news to help children decide which books they want ask the Magi.
The bibliographic selection is available in a web version and in the links printed in the letter that is distributed, illustrated by Anna Aparicio Català, and the Network of Municipal Libraries (XBM, for its acronym in Catalan) of the demarcation of Barcelona has prepared a selection of special titles.
