At the moment when the minister was leaving the campaign, a group of neighbors showed their rejection and threw an egg at him, which was dodged by his security member, who was the one who received the impact of this food.

The official immediately had to be protected by his security squad and quickly driven to his truck so he could leave the place. The shouts and boos were heard against Rosa Gutiérrez’s successor, demanding improvements for this sector.

Minister of Health assured a strong investment to combat the disease.

Earlier, César Vásquez Sánchez, in coordination with the Regional Government of Cusco, granted approval for the improvement and expansion of the health services of the Departmental Support Hospital of Cusco.

Today we announce the improvement and expansion of services at the Cusco Support Hospital,” explained the Minister of Health for the Andina agency.

In this way, this level III-1 hospital has the approval of its Functional Medical Program (PMF) to execute the design and architectural distribution of the new infrastructure, which will allow it to serve 1,395,180 residents of Cusco.

The project known as “Improvement and expansion of healthcare services at the Cusco Regional Hospital” will include a complete radiology facility consisting of offices and advanced equipment.
